Self worth has been something that I have witnessed hundreds of people, including myself struggle with. Self worth, is the ability to see your inherent value just because you exist. It is linked closely to self esteem, but it does have nuances that slightly differentiate them from each other. Self worth sets the tone for your life and is something that ultimately no-one can give you. The major act in self worth is the ability for you to see your own value, even with your flaws and to believe that you are worthy because you are a human here on this planet.

Self Worth can be claimed, acknowledged, allowed and embodied as you dare to believe in yourself, raise your inner evaluation of self and by choosing to live in the imperfect self, while aspiring to live the values that you want to be.

Embodying this means confronting your attachment system and its programming and overcoming dysfunctional family systems to remove the lens of others perceptions, when they exist to keep you in lack, unworthiness and shame.

We can begin to embody this, through self love, self compassion, self acceptance and self forgiveness. Each has its own journey through our perceived lack and inner darkness. You can start with deciding that you are no longer in agreement with any energies or frequencies that limit or deny your worth and set exceedingly high expectations that you and those around you see and respect your worth. This conviction of finding and claiming your self worth will start a chain of events that will start to change how your reality is constructed. Why not give this a go?
